Two year old FREEDOM ROAD (Malibu Moon) won his first start willingly sprinting at Monmouth Park. Next out he tried the Sapling Stakes without luck. Racing next in the Laurel Futurity, he overcame a bump and a pinch back at the start and had to run wide throughout, but got up in time for the show and earned his first black type. He is trained by Gregory D. Sacco for owner Pinnacle Racing Team. FREEDOM ROAD was sold by Kirkwood at OBS March this spring.
