2 yo ONEBALLNOSTRIKES broke his maiden at Monmouth this September in his first start. Running back in allowance company he has been second and has now garnered a win. 2 yo GRAY DUDE graduates at Gulfstream
2 yo gelding, GRAY DUDE (First Dude), raced like a seasoned professional in his third start to break his maiden going 1 1/16 on the turf at Gulfstream. He was pinched back early, was caught behind traffic, had to steady and split rivals but got up for the win. He is owned by Patricia’s Hope LLC and was bred by Donarra Thoroughbreds, LLC.

Another 2 yo winner: ST. PEREGRINE wires the field
2 yo colt, ST. PERERINE, had not been off the board in his prior 2 starts, but he found the winner’s circle today to graduate going 6 furlongs at Hawthorne. Off from the 1 hole, he went to the lead and racing just of the rail, he wired the field for the win. He is a homebred for Brady Tauber & Steve Gordon and is trained by Brian Williamson.
2 yo filly CLEVER GIRL wins her first 2 lifetime!
Two year old CLEVER GIRL swung 4 wide and split horses to clear the field for a dramatic 3 1/2 length win at Churchill in her first start at the end of October. Making her second start, we won again this time at the Fair Grounds shortening to about 7 1/2 furlongs on the turf. She pressed the pace and then wore down her rival in deep stretch for the win. CLEVER GIRL is owned by Tracy Farmer and is trained by Brad H. Cox.

2 yo RED CORVETTE (Warrior’s Reward) figured it out after one race. Racing at a mile on the turf, he went right to the lead, rated there and then responded well in the stretch to wire the field. He is owned by Carolyn Friedberg, Carolyn and Jeff Tl Larson and was bred by Hunter Valley Farm & Bourque Goldstein Thoroughbreds, LLC. His trainer is Richard R. Scherer.
Westpoint’s The Walk adds a stakes placing in the Kings Swan at Aqueduct
2 yo THE WALK (Hansen) was second last out in the CHRISTOPHER ELSER MEMORIAL S at PARX. Trained by Thomas Albertrani. and owned by West Point Thoroughbreds, THE WALK, added another stakes placing to his name, running third in the KINGS SWAN S. at Aqueduct despite being in a bumper car scenario at the start. He has earned over $80,000.

Highest price of R1,2 million was paid by Mayfair Speculators for a beautiful Var filly consigned by Balmoral Stud. (This filly was selected for resale last January by a Doyle / Kirkwood partnership.)
Ice Queen is out of Baltic Beauty, a full sister to champion racemare, Mother Russia, who won 13 of her 27 starts, including four Gr 1’s.

SARDINIA (Tapit) found 1 1/16 on the dirt to her liking at Churchill Downs and broke her maiden for owner Tracy Farmer. She was bred in KY by Avalon Farms Inc. and is trained by Mike Maker. SARDINIA has been on the board several times and her earnings already stand close to $100,000.
